Our personal training service on vacation combines the best of both worlds – intensive training tailored to your goals, combined with an atmosphere of relaxation and peace. What do we offer? -Yoga with a professional Yoga instructor (Hatha and vinyasa flow), who leads students through yoga practices, helping them achieve physical, mental and emotional well-being. She teaches various yoga techniques, including postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation, often in groups or individually. Personal training (1 person) - €50/h Training (2 people) - €70/h Group training (max. 5 people) €120/hour - Pilates performed on a mat without the use of specialist equipment using body weight, which focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance and general body positioning. Provides tips on how to navigate different terrains, read maps and use appropriate hiking equipment. It teaches participants about the natural environment, including wildlife, plants and conservation practices. It also places an emphasis on physical fitness, teaching participants how to build stamina, endurance and strength for long-distance hikes.
